The book itself is in beautiful shape for being over 45 years old. Spine looks great and the page block is nice and tight with sharp page corners. The dust jacket is the 2nd state jacket with price clipped and reprinted price as well as having the Father Cody printing error. It shows the usual wear that is unfortunately the norm for most Doubleday books of this era, with chipping and fading along with some tears.
