The more important second section, and bulk of the book (having to do with the rules and regulations) do not appear to have news clippings or missing pages. So good and bad - unimportant section for Masons is ruined - though it has neat old news clippings - while important rules section is fine.
Aside from that, book binding is sound and tight in original leather covers. Pages are a bit warped in areas, brittle and foxed to various degrees. Not a pretty copy but sound and very scarce in ANY condition! An important volume in Free Masonry. Only; Internationale through the eIS program.
