First Edition, Limited Edition, Publishers' Original Binding, Uncommon. This book weighs 0.5 KG when packed. The first edition, limited to 250 copies. Bound in the publisher's original grey paper-covered boards. This charming work is comprised of the poetry of British poet, editor and critic, Arthur Symons, known for his poetical themes of repetition and eroticism. Divided into five sections, entitled'At Dieppe','Masks and Faces','Love's Disguises','Nocturnes' and'Moods and Memories'.

The second of the author's poetry collections. With a previous owner's ink inscription,'Borchquevink' to the front endpaper.

Externally, generally smart, with slight bumping to the extremities and spine. Boards are a little soiled, with the odd mark. Ink inscription and a small chip to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound with bright, clean pages. Fine - Very well preserved copy showing very little wear.

Only one or two minor faults, really a very attractive copy. Quite a wide term meaning no major faults but probably several smaller ones.

Often expected given the age of the book, but still a respectable copy. Some more serious faults as will. Be described in the condition report under'condition. Good Only - Meaning one or more faults that could really do with repair. As with good only above but with other faults.

Leaving a compromised copy even after repair. Really bad and possibly seriously incomplete.
