Richard Brunton [Don Pollock] lists this issue as 6.1 in his article. Bengis suggests such copies may have been for Canadian export. The "9" in 1902 on the title page is the first variant with a sharp curve at its tail. Red cloth with white lettering.

Spine lettering rubbed, faint rubbing to edges and light insecting to cloth. Front board slightly dinged near bottom.

Front hinge appears to have been repaired with glue. Red greasepen numbers on paste down, a few light stains in text. We specialize in rare and out-of-print books!
