The previous owner was 97 at the time of sale, and with over 5000 square feet of purpose-built space, the store includes an estimated 400k items. We have only just begun scratching the surface of the inventory by starting with it's massive overstock. This item was found during the organization process. The International Jew by Henry Ford and published by The Dearborn Publishing Company in November 1920, this first edition book is a classic example of political propaganda and anti-Semitic conspiracy theories.

It is a reprint of numerous articles published by Ford's paper The Dearborn Independent, bought partially with the intention of espousing Ford's views, especially after being exposed to the propaganda hoax The Protocols of the Elders of Zion. This book is the first of four volumes, and is a known contributor to an early 20th-century global rise in anti-semitism, the Nazi regime, WW2, the Holocaust, etc.

It is a horrible yet important artifact of American history. If your interest in this item is as fuel to contemporary anti-semitism, I request you take your business elsewhere. Like many examples, this softcover book manufactured 100 years ago, the cover has some splits along the spine edges and has begun separating from the page block. The page block itself is clean and still tightly bound with no obvious notes/underlining/marks. I was unable to find "first edition" printing notes about this title.

Most copies of this book have as sub-title: "THE WORLD'S FOREMOST PROBLEM". This copy (and others I have listed) says THE WORLD'S PROBLEM.

The latter is the original sub-title in the newspaper articles in The Dearborn Independent. To note though, both "versions" of the front cover are found on online examples with this seemingly being the less common.
