Written by a Jewish fellow from New Jersey. He was not able to find a publisher for it, so started his own publishing company for this purpose. This is not the 1980 or 2017 reprint, but the original; 104 pages, including bibliography.

No d/j, but I don't know if one was issued. I don't find any of these available online today. Tight and clean, but lightly toned and a bit of an odor.
