Measures about 5 ½ x 8 ¼. Hardcover has minor wear/tear, mainly around corners, edges, and spine areas. Pages are tanned from age; no creases, marks, tears, or writing that I can see. Page separation, with netting visible, between the first front end page and title page. Pages are secure to the spine; has a slight creaking sound when opening front cover. Please note that I have described the book as best as I can.
