Otherwise though it is complete, including all of the color postcard images. Published by Eaton House Publications, Stuttgart and London. Roth's foreword is in German and English.

Dieter Schwarz's introduction, which is only available in this deluxe edition, is in English only. Very Good+ in a Very Good dust jacket and slipcase: contents are clean and unmarked; strong binding; faint foxing visible along the spine and the foredge of the text-block; spine of the DJ is sunned and also has some very faint foxing toward the top; the slipcase shows only minor signs of age and use. DOES NOT INCLUDE the Speedy Drawing.
