Overall the book is in GOOD USED READ VINTAGE condition. The book, being 108 years old has signs of use and display and looks Very Good. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURED FLOWS. TEXT is the same, size and content, print and lettering font.

The actual cover is what was made approx 1/4+ shorter. There is ageing and wearing to the covers and spine.

Front Cover, back cover Spots, fading, soiled, worn. Spine pretty much as well... The paper is a bit aged, clean, minor spots, almost perfect... Paper aged but not fragile, not dried out, super nice.

1 missing, no loose pages. NO names NO notes, brown spots on Blank Pages as pictured.
