As can be seen from the photos, the book is in impressive condition for its age of 94 years, however some defects are present: 1 there is some separation from the binding stitching on several pages; 2 there is some minor damage on the rear inner cover pages from a removed sticker; and 3 there is an owner signature on the inner title page. Otherwise, this is an excellent and highly presentable copy of a rare collectible item.
